Our team is prepared to face COVID-19.
Whilst we have not been directly affected by the virus, we continue to monitor the situation closely in the interests of the safety of our clients, our staff and the community at large.
Our office remains open with appropriate safety measures in place. We have also implemented remote operations to adhere to the social distancing measures suggested by the Federal and State Government and the health officials.
The service to our clients has remained seamless in these uncertain times. We have continued to assist clients in meeting their legal obligations and assisting them with various legal matters.
If you are seeking legal advice on any matter, whether it be Family Law, Refinancing, Conveyancing, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Enduring Guardians, Estate Planning, Debt Recovery, etc., we are available to respond promptly. We understand that in these uncertain and difficult times an urgent response and immediate action can be vital.
We encourage all staff and clients to conduct meetings over the telephone or via video conference (in certain circumstances face to face appointments we understand may be necessary). Also we also allow witnessing documents remotely.
For all clients who may be affected by the virus, those who have come in contact with someone with the virus either now or in the future, we will conduct such a matter through a video conference via mutually compatible video software.
Our staff are always here to support your legal needs.
Please stay safe and well, remembering we are all in this together.
